GenkiCar provides an information platform connecting potential car buyers with dealers in Japan. We do not sell vehicles directly.

Modification of Service

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service at any time without notice.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Japan.

Severability

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

No Payment Requests

GenkiCar provides its services completely free of charge. We will never request payment or send any communications, whether by email or otherwise, implying that the user needs to pay money for the use of our service. If you receive any such communication, it is fraudulent and not from GenkiCar. We advise you to disregard such requests and report them to us immediately at [email protected].

GenkiCar disclaims any responsibility for losses resulting from fraudulent payment requests.
